HKCERT Issues a Security Alert on Apple Mac OS X Multiple Vulnerabilities (posted on 30 May 2008)

The Hong Kong Computer Emergency Response Team Coordination Centre (HKCERT) had issued an alert on a critical security vulnerability "Apple Mac OS X Multiple Vulnerabilities" today (30 May 2008). Companies and individuals should install the latest security patch for their Apple Products.

This security alert applies to
- Mac OS X version 10.4.11
- Mac OS X Server version 10.4.11
- Mac OS X versions 10.5 through 10.5.2
- Mac OS X Server versions 10.5 through 10.5.2

An attacker could exploit the vulnerabilities may be available to remote execution of arbitrary code, denial of service,
bypass security restrictions, disclose sensitive information, or cross site scripting.
